guest post guidelines is looking for bloggers with sizable blog readerships for guest blogging opportunities.

If you currently are a blogger in the health and fitness space with a decent social media following and can provide grammatically correct engaging content, then we would like to hear from you.

Type and length of guest post we’re looking for

  1. List post 1500 to 1700 words in length.
  2. ‘The Ultimate Guide’ which is any post over 3,000 words in length
  3. Round Up style post – any post highlighting 20 or so of the industry’s top bloggers, weight loss experts etc.

Post formatting required

  • Main keyword in the first and last paragraph if possible
  • Paragraph headings with your main keyword

Where possible try to avoid paragraphs over 3 sentences.

Topics needed

  • Detoxing and cleansing information (to include recipes)
  • weight loss tips
  • Juicing information (to include recipes)
  • Weight loss tea information (to include recipes)
  • Fruit infused water recipes

Types of post not accepted

  • Any post promoting a product or weight loss program.
  • Any post that is posted on another website or blog.
  • Any post that doesn’t include sources.
  • Any post with excessive typos, spelling errors or is generally poorly written.
  • Any post that is less than 1500 words in length

What to include with your submission

Please provide your author bio including your name and any titles or designations you’d like to use. A link to your website or blog. And your contact email address so we can contact you if needed.
