How to prepare the dressing
Take a small bowl
Pour a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in the bowl. Then add 1 – 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Next add about a half of teaspoon of each of the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
Finally, mix everything together for about 2 or 3 minutes.
How to take apple cider vinegar
You need two things. One bottle of 100% raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and a case of filtered water.
Pour one bottle of water into at least an 8 oz glass then place 2 teaspoons of the apple cider vinegar in the glass of water. Stir for a few seconds. Then drink.

Although Apple Cider Vinegar can help with weight loss it is not a magical elixir. To get the most from taking the apple cider vinegar diet you should do so along with a sensible diet and exercise.

How often should you drink apple cider vinegar?
Take the drink 3 X per day. Once in the morning, one half hour before breakfast, if you intend to eat something upon waking. Even if you’re not going to eat breakfast still take the acv in the morning. Take it one half hour before dinner and then right before bedtime.
Are apple cider vinegar tablets as effective as liquid?
